David Bateman - CEO
Before co-founding Property Solutions, Mr. Bateman studied business administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University. In December 2002, Mr. Bateman was awarded "Student Entrepreneur of the Year" by Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management for founding various successful web-based companies. Bateman sits on the board of several for-profit and non-profit ventures including Xento Systems and The More Good Foundation. He has been featured on the cover of both Entrepreneur(TM) and Fortune Small Business(TM) Magazines. Today, Mr. Bateman has over 10 years of hands-on software development and architecture experience in Saas-based software development. Mr. Bateman remains extremely hands-on in product steering and architectural implementation. This unique characteristic explains why Property Solutions remains overwhelmingly product focused, and prides itself on being the most inventive, agile, and responsive company in its space.
Dharmesh Shroff - CIO
Since earning a master's degree in Computer Science in 1995, Mr. Shroff has used new technology to develop strategies that successfully increase customer satisfaction and retention in every business challenge he's undertaken. His background includes such diverse industries as transportation, banking, warehouse management systems and upscale home amenity fabricators. He recently led the design, development, market release and product management of leading property management software programs such as Tenant Pro, RentRight, and PMEdge.
Preetam Yadav - Managing Director
Preetam holds a master’s degree in Computer Science with rich experience in open source programming. His focus is specifically related to managing teams, strategic planning & operations. He heads as a Managing Director at Xento Systems, Pune, India and ensures that his Team is roaring, no matter how complex a task is
Sandeep Garud - Director
Sandeep holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and brings with him a unique blend of wide technology experience and world-class management expertise that has helped position Xento Systems as one of the strongest emerging companies in the offshore technology industry. He is an efficient programmer & works in tandem as a Director of the office headquarters in Pune, India
